Since birth, Nick has made a point to defy the odds. Born with a congenital heart defect, Nick was rushed to life-saving open heart surgery at a time where most doctors would send the newborn home and hope for the best. The operation’s recovery prohibited Nick from crying for one year while his heart healed. The physical act of crying would be too much exertion and tear open his internal sutures. After being told that he would not live past 20, Nick not only looks at each day as a gift, but as an obligation to give back to those around him. Appropriately, Nick began his career in the hospitality sector. While working at the Short Hills Hilton, a Five Star Diamond establishment, he saw firsthand the importance of providing an outstanding client experience.

In 2001, Nick earned his BA Degree from the NYU Arts Institute for hospitality and operations management. The combination of his real world client experience and educational background catapulted Nick to the trading floor of Wall Street’s RBC Dain (now RBC Wealth Management). As a fixed income institutional broker, Nick earned SEC licensure Series 7, 63, and 66. Recognizing the power of relationship marketing and networking, Nick developed a core team of nineteen brokers that supported growth in the institutional and private client sectors. Throughout this tenure, his unique training systems cultivated critical relationships at both Morgan Stanley and Axa Advisors that would be valuable for years to come. In 2006, a head on collision changed the trajectory of Nick’s life. The extent of his injuries required over twelve months of rehabilitation, and Nick personally experienced what all too often many patients experience; a treatment plan that made progress too slowly. With this new perspective, and with help of his late mother and three brothers, Nick entered the healthcare sector on a mission to create efficiencies.

Since entering the field in 2007, Nick has driven top and bottom line growth and developments in the multidisciplinary sector. After his tenure as CEO of an orthopedic and pain group, Atlantic Spine, Nick took on his next challenge, founding the Alliance Health Systems MSO in fall of 2013. The mission was to develop an empowering culture to build and implement proven systems to ensure patients, doctors, and staff be a united part of a winning formula to GET BETTER FASTER.  Since inception AHS and its’ clients have amassed 150 team members, earned over 2000 5-star reviews, $75 million in revenue, conducted over 300,000 patient encounters, attracted 10,000 new patients, and achieved rankings on INC 5000 and NJ FAST 50.

Even with all of Nick’s professional accomplishments, the legacy Nick is most proud of is his family. During his personal time, Nick enjoys vacations to Aruba with his wife Melissa, weekends at Spring Lake along the Jersey shore, taking his son Charles to live sporting events, and cheering on his daughters Olivia and Sophia at dance competitions.
