Bryant Acquaro
COO- Alliance Orthopedics

Bryant Acquaro, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and the Chief Operations Officer at Alliance Orthopedics. He takaes a comprehensive, whole-body approach to physical therapy, looking beyond the location of a patient’s pain to identify the underlying factors that may be contributing to it.

Recognizing that every patient and injury is unique, Dr. Acquaro develops individualized treatment plans that combine functional movement, corrective exercise, therapeutic modalities, and manual therapy. His goal is not only to relieve pain and restore function, but also to give patients the knowledge and tools they need to move confidently and maintain their progress beyond physical therapy.

Originally from Long Island, Dr. Acquaro attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010. Since then, he has specialized in treating orthopedic and athletic injuries across a diverse patient population, from professional athletes to older adults. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University’s School of Health and Medical Sciences, teaching graduate-level human functional anatomy.

Dr. Acquaro is Level 1 certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), which he incorporates alongside a variety of evidence-based techniques to identify movement dysfunction, address its root causes, and help patients reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Dr. Acquaro is an avid triathlete and runner. He also enjoys spending time at the beach, surfing, and watching sports.
