John started his career in the retail sector before entering Seton Hall’s Graduate Level Athletic Training Program. During his time there, he worked with athletes in a variety of settings, including local high schools, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Seton Hall University and the United States Military Academy at West Point. In May 2015, John graduated at the top of his class, earning his Master of Science in Athletic Training. Upon graduation, John started his medical career at NJ Spine and Wellness as a staff athletic trainer, later on serving as the first Director of Athletic Training, and the first Director of Sports Medicine. In October of 2018, John formally joined Alliance Health Systems to also serve as Chief Operations Officer. From a business standpoint, John is massively passionate about cultivating an outstanding patient experience and teaching other medical providers how to do the same. From a day-to-day standpoint, John works closely with our medical, conservative care, administrative, human resources, and business development teams to ensure that our patients receive the best possible outcomes while ensuring that our system is sustainable.
