While pursuing a dual major undergraduate degree, Rayna entered the workforce as a chiropractic assistant. Rayna graduated from Brooklyn College with a dual bachelors degree in Psychology and Education. She then furthered her education at The College of Staten Island and Touro College, earning masters degrees in Science Education and Special Education respectively. Rayna served as an elementary school teacher and district wide coach, establishing and executing new educational standards simultaneously. Rayna then joined Alliance Health System in 2021, initially serving as Director of Human Resources. After building a robust HR and recruiting culture, Rayna took on the role of COO in 2022. As COO, Rayna combines her medical and educational experiences to raise the standards for doctors and patients alike.
